SUBJECT: BOY SCOUTS MEMBERSHIP & COUNCIL FUND DRIVE 2019

1. The Department of Education implements the no collection policy among the pupils
From the grades l-lV however it authorizes the collection of Boy Scouts membership
Fee and Fund Drives among grades V-VI in the Public Schools and Secondary Sehools
Starting the monih of August.

The foiil:wing is the iist sf the incjividual membership/registration fee:

KID/KABIBCIY/SENloR/ROVER SCoUTS Php 50.00

Unit leaders and Assistants UL 60.00
UnitCommitteemen/ParentRepresentative 1"00.00
lnstitutional Heads/District Commissioners 100.00
fharter Fee for every school 10.00

3. it is herby requesied that in every unit registered, there should be one parent/unit
Connmittee member registered.

4. We would like to solicit again for your benevolent support not only for the memhership
Campaign but also for the Annual membership Fund Drive. This fund drive has been the
Major source of the Council Office for its program implementation, Financial Assistance,
Council operation and administration.

5. For this year's fund drive the following sharing scheme shall be employed in order that
Each Seouting lnstitutions shali have funds to finance their activities.
