Middle Market Claim Account Executives (CAEs) – knowledgeable and experienced

relationship managers located across the country who understand the unique claim needs
of our customers and are committed to addressing those needs each and every day. CAEs
draw on the expertise of dedicated account teams and the direction of proven service plan
guidelines to promote optimal claim outcomes. From helping risk managers assess loss
