After careful review of your job application and credentials, it is my pleasure to extend an Offer of Employment to you on behalf of The Avant
Group, LLC (the “Company”) based on the following terms:

1. Offered Position: Delivery Partner

1. Start Date: You must start your employment at the Company within 40 days of obtaining your Immigrant Visa approval
by the Consular Officer.
2. Location: You will be based in Houston, Texas, USA.
3. Duties: Deliver a wide variety of boxes and small packages to different addresses and over different routes. Interact in a positive and
professional manner with customers and the general public while delivering products to customers' homes, retail stores, and business
locations. Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a small delivery vehicle. Follow safety and quality standards on and off the road.
Use handheld technology to deliver customer packages, manage delivery progress, and problem solve. Represent our company in a
professional manner to insure customer satisfaction.
4. Compensation and Benefits: In consideration of the services to be provided hereunder during the term of your employment, you shall
receive a compensation and benefits package appropriate for other employees in the same offered position and with equivalent
experience, regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, religion or age, at the time you join the Company. Your Base Salary is $12.50
per hour and you will be required to work a minimum of 35 hours per week. After the first 40 worked hours, some overtime may be
available at $18.75 per hour.
5. Benefits include: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance
6. Frequency of salary payments: Weekly
7. Entire Agreement: This letter contains all the terms of your employment with The Avant Group and supersedes any prior understandings
or agreements, whether oral or written, between you and the Company.
8. Amendments and Governing Law: This Offer of Employment letter may not be amended or modified except by an express written
agreement signed by you and a duly authorized representative of the Company. The terms of this letter and the resolution of any disputes
will be governed by the law of the state of Texas.
This offer is contingent upon the following:
