● There is the change from rigid management to more agile management.
● BB creates new division that caters the multichannel business
b. Financial
● There is different composition of BB revenue stream trend from 3,92
Trillion of only offline taxi in 2013 to the additional 3,13 Trillion rupiah from
online taxi in 2019.
● BB succeed to invite Sumitomo to invest up to 7% through stock market.
● There are subsidiaries that will go public which runs the business on the
basis logistics and heavy machine.
C. System
● There are technological approach in the form of application development
(my blue bird)
● There is the development integrated system that eneasy BB to run its
business strategy.
● There is the online payment system development in the form of cashless.
d. Partnership
● BB succeed to attract several prominent partners like Traveloka, Mc
Donald, Gojek, Mastercard, and T-Cash. There are more number of
cooperation

2. The triggers on
a. There are emerging new competitors in online transportation industry
(UBER, GOJEK, GRAB)
 b. Decreasing order amount of passengers to BB that impacts the
company’
c. There is a shift of trend from consumers from conventional and offline
to online reservation trend.
d. Government support on Startup and UKM rather than conventional
company
3. Who are the victims and the most get benefited from BB?
- The victims:
a. BlueBird Shareholders year 2016-2017: Less income
b. BlueBird Employee: The digital system change the flow and employees,
their bonus income less than usual.
- The Benefit:
a. Gojek: Got more fleet for order
b. B2B Partner like company get more discount
c. Foreign company who wants to invest on BB

4. Suggestion for Blue Bird:

- Doing market penetration to gain more market with partner collaboration like
fintech (OVO, Dana, Linkaja,Doku, Grab)
- Strengthen the holding company aside than Blue Bird Taxi
- Increase collaboration towards other institution.
- Strengthen the partnership with futuristic motor company for fleet variation
- Technological improvement on the fleet like providing onboard entertainment
and preparing autonomous self driving fleet for future improvement.
- Buy Gojek Stocks approx 5-10%
