Important Application Requirements:

1. Please complete all sections of this form.

2. All the sections marked with (*) are compulsory to be filled by all the applicants.
3. Each organization can nominate itself for a maximum of 10 award categories across the
regional and national levels.
4. A single project can be nominated for a maximum of 10 categories.
5. In case of mix use projects, only the residential, commercial, hospitality or retail phases
of the project can be nominated for appropriate categories.
6. The nominated project should have all necessary government approvals. Awards
management has the right to ask for documentary proof for the information provided
in the application form.
7. It is mandatory to submit the following documents (soft copy) along with your entry.
Failure to do so will render the entry disqualified:
• Signed declaration on letterhead/stamped by an authorized signatory of the
nominated project/company in the format given in Annexure 1.
• 3 on-site pictures
• Commencement certificates/ building permit/ certificate from local authority to
commence construction and title search report for upcoming projects
• Occupancy/Completion certificates & title search report for completed projects

Incorrect Information:

1. If at any time, any information provided by any participant is found to be incorrect in any
manner, then the participant will not be permitted to continue participation for that par-
ticular entry in the Awards, and the Management will not be liable to return the material
2. If, after the conclusion of the Awards ceremony, any information provided by any par-
ticipant is found to be incorrect in any manner, the participant will be liable to return
the Award & any monetary / non-monetary incentives provided as part of the Award
3. Determination of whether the information is correct or not, rests with the Awards Management
4. Awards Management will contact the Applicant, if required, for any further clarifications
needed regarding the information provided in the Application Form
5. Awards Management will make the best efforts possible to contact the Applicants, but
shall not be responsible if the person does not participate in or does not agree to
conduct the verification, or are not contactable
6. In the event, if it is not possible to conduct a verification of the Applicant, for any reason
beyond its control, Awards Management may, at its discretion, disqualify participation
or continue in such other manner as deemed fit
7. All Entries are subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility
through checks as deemed appropriate by the Awards Management and complete com-
pliance with these terms and conditions. Awards Management has the sole right to
disqualify any entries if the same is not in compliance with the terms and conditions herein
specified or any further applicable laws, regulation/ or any policies that may be specified
by the Awards Management.

Notification of Results:

1. Winners will be notified of their success by telephone and email. We will inform the partici-
pants of the category or categories in which they have won but the specific level will not
be made public until the evening of the awards function.
2. The full list of winners will be made available on the official website the week following
the awards function

 TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Terms of Refernce
The terms and conditions set out herein shall be read and
constructed as an integral part of the contract, in these
present Terms & Conditions; the term ‘Applicant/s’
(contractual Partner) shall include all employees, servants
and agents of any company, partnership, firm or individual
to whom space has been allocated for the purposes of
exhibiting; the term ‘Organizers’ shall mean Phoenix
Expovent and the term ‘Contract’ shall mean the-
application contract for stands, i.e the contract for
Nomination/ Application for the Real Estate Awards,
“Golden Brick Awards 2019” for
respective/shortlisted/various/multiple category/s, entered
into, between the Organizers and the Applicant/s, and
which incorporates these present Terms & Conditions which
shall be construed as an integral part of the Contract. The
Contract is assignable by the Organizers. In case the
Applicant /s wants to assign the Contract he is obligated
to obtain the prior written approval of the Organizers.
2. Application for Participation
All applications for participation shall be made on the
prescribed Contract, which shall be submitted to the
Organizers or their authorized representative(s)/Marketing
Associates on or before the deadline specified over leaf.
Applications will be dealt with in the order that they are
received, and will constitute the Applicant/s confirmation of
submission/Nomination and acceptance of the terms of
contract. The Organizers, though not bound by this
Contract to do so, will to the best of their ability attempt to
evaluate the Nomination, but shortlisting of application is as
per sole discretion of the organizer. Therefore no entitlement
for claim or compensation shall arise in favor of the
Applicant/s in case any application is not shortlisted for
whatever reason. The Organizers reserve the right to
accept or refuse any application without disclosing to the
Applicant/s any reasons therefore. No Applicant/s may
refuse/challenge the category allotted to him/them, nor for
such reason cancel his/their nomination. Organizer reserves
the right to change the category of nominations as per
their discretion. If the application of a prospective
category/company/individual cannot be accepted due to
over application in respective category or any what-so-
ever region, the prospective Applicant/s or applicant shall
not be entitled to claim or receive any compensation.
3. Eligibility Criteria
Following are the key eligibility Criteria for Nomination:
• The nominated project must be Located in India.
• The Company should be registered with the Indian
Company Act, or should have a PAN issued by Indian
Authority.
• Nominations may be submitted by representatives
of Companies, Developers & Builders, Firms, and
Professionals & Individuals from Industry or may be
submitted by the agency, consultant or broker of
the companies.
• For completed projects, only projects, which have
been completely delivered (with Full Occupancy/
Completion certificates) in the period starting
February 01,2018 onwards are eligible for nomination.
• For upcoming projects, only projects which have
received commencement certificates/ building permits/
certificate from local authority to commence
construction, and all other required permissions are
in place and have launched their projects as
on1st February 2019 are eligible for nomination.
• All applications are subject to the terms and
conditions of the Application Form.
4. General Condition
• While all attempts will be made by the Awards
Management to reach out for participation to all
Architects, Developers, etc. with registered offices in
India either directly or indirectly, there is a possibil-
ity of missing potential participants due to the
fragmented spread of the real estate industry in
India. The Awards Management cannot be held
accountable for the same.
• Awards Management accepts no liability for any
errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or any
third Parties.
• Applicant/s shall be solely responsible for any
consequences which may arise due to any kind of
Infringement of copyrights or any kind of intellectual
property rights belonging to any other person/
entity etc. and also undertake to indemnify the
Awards Management, its Directors, Officers,
Employees, etc. on the happening of such an
event (including without limitation cost of Attorney,
Legal Charges etc.) on full indemnity basis.
• The process is not subject to review by any partici-
pant. Awards Management will not entertain any
communication in this regard from any participant.
The Applicant/s will not be allowed/authorized to
challenge the allotment process of Awards in
respective categories in any case.
• The categories of the Awards are specifically
mentioned above, and as per the sole discretion of
the Awards Management/, the same may undergo
changes.
• Decision of the Awards Management on all matters
is final and binding on all participants.
• Participants, Nominees and Winners permit compli-
mentary use of their names, nominated and winning
content and factual information about their
participation in the public media (for the build-up
to the Awards, during the Awards ceremony and
after the Awards ceremony) and do not have any
right to any revenues earned by the Awards.
• The Awards Management and its associates will
not be liable for any claims / disputes made by the
participants, nominees or winners in relation to the
Awards.
• Winners will be announced at the Award ceremony
to be held by Phoenix expovent.
The Awards Management reserves the right to
• withdraw or amend the terms of the Awards at any
time and does not take responsibility for any loss or
damage that any person or organization may
suffer as a result of participating or attempting to
participate in the Awards, the Awards being
withdrawn or its terms amended.
The Awards Management cannot and shall not be
• accountable/liable for any disruptions /stoppages/
interruptions or cancellation of the Awards. The
Awards Management and its associates cannot be
held responsible for matters out of its control and
for force majeure reasons.
 TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Additions, deletions and/or modifications to these
terms and conditions are at the discretion of the
Awards Management. It may make such additions/
deletions and/or modifications, at any time before
or after the awards.
• The participants, nominees and winners agree that
they shall hold harmless, Awards Management and
sponsors, their employees, officers, associates or other
persons and shall defend them against any loss,
claims, demands, costs, damages, judgements,
expenses or liability arising out of or in connection
with any or all claims that may be brought against
the Awards Management by any third party in
connection with participation in or winning of the Award.
• The Organizers shall have the right to cancel any
Applicant/s participation in the Awards if the said
Applicant/s contravenes the regulations in any
way, and this without the Applicant/s having any
claim to compensation or reimbursement for any
commitments undertaken by him and still outstand-
ing to the Organizers.
• Indian Courts [New Delhi] shall be deemed to be the
place of settlement of any disputes that may rise
between the Organizers and Applicant/s. Market-
ing associates are only the representatives of the
Organizers and cannot be hold for any legal
liabilities or actions.
• The Organizers shall have the discretionary right to
sue any Applicant/s before his national court or
before any other court.
• Applicant/s are bound by all and any regulations
applicable to participants in Event/ Conference/
seminar in the country of the relevant Event.
• Indian law for arbitration shall be the law of
contract between the Exhibitors and Organizer.
5. Payment
All nominations must be made on the official application
contract. A 100% deposit plus applicable taxes against all
applied category is required with the submission of the
Contract.
In the event of an Applicant/s becoming bankrupt or making
a composition with his creditors or going into liquidation, or
being under the appointment of a receiver, the Organizers
reserve the right to cancel any allocation of Nomination
Category without being under any liability to refund or
abate any charges paid or due hereunder. All payments to
be made in the name of ‘Phoenix expovent’.

6. Nomination Withdrawl & Breach of Contract
Where an Applicant/s cancels the nomination or where an
Applicant fails to make a payment on the date (whether or
not involved), the Organizers reserve the right to cancel or
accept cancellation of the application for nomination and
to apply the following cancellation charges.
No applicant will be eligible or entitled for any refund in
any case, for what-so-ever reason. The acceptance of
nomination form by organizer does not guarantee any
award. The awards application shortlisting/selection/
allotment is as per sole discretion of organizers/awards
management team/Jury. The decision of management
of Phoenix expovent [Organizer] in respect of acceptance
of application by Applicant/s, shortlisting for nominated
categories,
and allotment of awards & announcing the winners
for respective categories will be final and binding
7. Cancellation of Awards
If, due to unavoidable circumstances, the Awards are
unable to take place as per schedule, the organizer shall
not be held responsible and Applicant/s or Delegate/s shall
not be entitled to any claim or compensation in connection
with such cancellation. They shall, however, be considered
in an equivalent awards upon their participation Contract
in next 360 days from the date of scheduled awards
function.
8. Changes
The Organizers have the right to modify the eligibility
criteria of the Awards/nominations/application or the
schedule of event or the opening or closing times of event
function thereof. Applicant/s shall not be entitled to claim
for compensation in connection with such modifications.
9. Supplementary Clauses
The Organizers shall have the right, in all circumstances, to
issue supplementary regulations, in addition to these
present Terms & Conditions, to ensure the smooth Management
of the Awards and its function/event. Such instructions
shall be considered to be an integral part of the Terms &
Conditions of Contract, provided they are given to the
Applicant/s in writing. The failure to object to any breach
of any clause herein by the Organizers shall not constitute
agreement to modification of this agreement or a waiver of
any subsequent breach of such clause.
10. Regulations
a. Applicant/s undertake to abide by all clauses whatso-
ever set forth by the Organizers herein or in any supplemen-
tary document(s). Such clauses will be enforced and are in
no way to be regarded as merely commentary. The Organ-
izers are the sole judges as the measures to be adopted in
respect of the application of the said clauses.
b. By this very participation in the Awards, the Applicant/s
acknowledges the right of the Organizers, jointly or sepa-
rately, to take unilateral measures for the defense and
protection of the interests of the Awards, and for all or some
of the Applicants, as well as any measures the Organizers
deem useful or necessary to ensure the security of the prem-
ises, the applicants and the guests.
11. Force Majeure
The Organizers shall not be responsible or held liable for
the loss of or damage to any property/image/reputation of
the Applicant/s or any person caused by (including but not
limited to) theft, fire, defect in the venue, storm, tempest, war,
labor disputes, lockout, explosions, Acts of God and
general causes of FORCE MAJEURE, whether or not eiusdem
generis within the Organizers’ control. Neither shall the
Organizers be responsible or held liable for any loss or
damage sustained by the Applicant/s in the event that the
opening or holding of the Awards is prevented, postponed
or abandoned or if the award venue becomes totally or
partially unavailable for the holding of the award function
due to any of the foregoing causes. In any event the
Applicant/s shall have no claim of damages and/or
 TERMS & CONDITIONS
compensation of any kind against the Organizers; and if it
is impossible to hold the Awards as scheduled due to any
reason, the already paid monies by the Applicant/s shall not
be refunded unless the Organizers decide otherwise by
refunding the payment after deducting the necessary
expenses.
12. Visas, etc.
Applicant/s are advised to check with their local Embassy or
Consulate regarding entry restrictions and Visas for
members of staff attending the Award Function. The Organ-
izers will not be held responsible for any Applicant/s unable
to attend due to entry problems.
13. Severability Clause

In case one of the aforementioned regulations is fully or

partially void subject to British Law the remaining parts of
this agreement shall be in full force.
