Product Description: Fibersse® ST is an improved polydextrose, occurs as off-white to light tan powder. Polydextrose is a
soluble prebiotic fiber and a premium low-calorie bulking agent used to provide body and texture in reduced-calorie and
low-calorie foods. It is easy to use in a variety of applications to replace all or part of the sweetener solids and replace full
caloric bulking agents in those formulations. Polydextrose is a randomly bonded condensation polymer of D-glucose with
some bound sorbitol and a suitable acid.

Store in tight, light-proof containers at ambient temperature and humidity. Prolonged storage above 80% relative humidity is
