Present
1. Building Analytics Engine
Tools: Python, Tableau, RHEL 7, Cassandra Database, Presto, SQL, NoSQL, Service Now, Rule Based Clustering.
• Identified data requirements and created data marts for enabling analytical reporting across various accounts.
• Extracted data from Cassandra Database using Presto SQL query Engine.
• Performed data cleaning, manipulation, data normalization, deriving features, Rule Based Clustering sampling on raw
data extracted using python scripting in RHEL 7.
• Performing writing operation for the pre-processed data to a Cassandra database and then connecting this database
to Tableau server for the data visualization in form of various Dashboards.
• Using this Dashboards, the business can monitor their tickets volume, key business issues and acting on it to solve
their business issues.

• Perform analysis on IT Operational Data like Incident Tickets, Service Request, Problem requests, Change Request
and Asset datasets.
• Perform pre-analysis on those datasets like merging of datasets, extraction of important entity like CI, Server name
etc (using regex), using Rule Based Clustering or K-Mean Clustering approach to extract issues. Once all pre-
processing is completed the entire data set is uploaded on the visualization tool like Tableau, IBM Watson Analytics
or IBM Cognos Analytics.
• After visualization analysis is done and stories are created on what is going good for the account and what is going
bad for account which need some attention, what are the frequently KB articles used which help the transition
account in KT phase, trend which help in resource planning and the risk account might face while transition.
• Most of the stories extracted out of the dataset mainly focus on the levers set by T&T organization like staffing plan,
SLA, Risk, Automation Opportunity.

• An analysis on the dataset by United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs of immigration to Canada to
analyses the trend and reason of immigration to Canada.
