Chennai.

ORDER:

The TNUSRB, Chennai has published an advertisement in the dailies on

06.03.2019 for common recruitment for the posts of 8862 + 62 (BL) Gr.ll. Police
Constables, Gr. II Jailwarders and Firemen for the year 2019. The TNUSRB has
decided to conduct written test for eligible candidates and scheduled to be held on
in the month of July 2Ol9 at 32 centres which are furnished in the Annexure. In
this connection a Sub- Committee headed by a Chairman (Comprising three
members and one additional member) has to be constituted for each of the 32
centres.
2) In the letter read above, the TNUSRB has stated that a Sub-Committee will
be formed for conduct of written examination. The composition of Sub-Committee
will be as follows:-
Chairman Superintendent of Police in Districts & Deputy
Commissioner of Police in Chennai City
Member-l Addl. Supdt. of Police (or)
Addl. Deputy Commissioner of Police
Member-II Asst./Deputy Supdt. of Police (or)
Asst. Commissioner of Police
Member-lII Asst. /Deputy Supdt. of Police (or)
Asst. Commissioner of Police
Additional Members One Officer in the rank of Assistant/Deputy
Superintendent of Police (or) Assistant Commissioner
of Police for each Additional Venue (*)
(*) Members-I, II & III may supervise each venue. For each additional venue
beyond these 3, one additional member has to be nominated.
3) The Inspectors General of Police tn Zones and Deputy Inspector General of
Police in Ranges are requested to make internal arrangements and direct the
ASPs/ADSPs/DSPs from one district to another district as additional members if
required additionally in any of the centre in their zones. The Unit Officers of the
special units are also requested to depute the ADSPs/ASPs/ACs/DSPs for the
 above purpose if requisitioned by the Concerned Commissioner of
Police/ Superintendent of Police.

4l In addition to that, to have a close watch and to prevent malpractices

during the written examination, Super Check Officers in the rank of Inspector
General of police /Dy. Inspector General of Police may also be nominated for the 32
centers. Hence the TNUSRB has requested to send the list of Officers nominated for
sub-committees and Super Check Officers to their board in order to communicate to
the Officers about their nomination.
5) Accordingly the Super Check Officers for 32 Centers have been nominated
as in Annexure-A. Further the officers for Sub-Committee Chairman, Member-I, II,
III and One additional member have also been nominated as in Annexure-B.
6) The change of officers for Sub-Committee Members -I, Member-Il, Member-
III, if any required due to unavoidable circumstances may be ordered by the zonal
IGPs/ COPs in time and the fact intimated to Chief Office & to the Inspector General
of Police/ Member Secretary , TNUSRB Chennai.
7) The Officers now nominated for the written test centre's are requested to
supervise the work in order to have close watch and to prevent malpractices during
the written examination carefully.
8) The respective Additional Director General of Police, Commissioner of Police/
Inspector General of Police and Deputy Inspector General of Police will make
necessary additional charge arrangements and depute the officers nominated for sub-
Committee without fail.
9) Receipt of the Proceedings may be acknowledged.
