2019 NOVA Home Loans Arizona Bowl Deadline and Spec Summary

➢ Game Program – All materials must be submitted by Wednesday, December 11

Specs: Full Page with bleed - 8.25” W x 10.75” H – plus .125 bleed
Half Page Horizontal – 7.75” W x 5” H – no bleed
Quarter Page Vertical – 3.75” W x 5” H – no bleed
All ads should be at least 300 dpi. We support Indesign thru CS4, up to
Quark 6, Photoshop and Illustrator to CS4. Files from all other programs must be
saved as a press ready pdf. The ads can be sent to Eric Rhodes at
eric@novaarizonabowl.com.

➢ Website logo – deadline for logo and link is December 11:

The best format will be a vector logo - .eps or .ai file. A large .png/transparent will also
work. Large means 1000 x 1000 pixels and anything bigger.

➢ Arizona Stadium Videoboard – deadlines are December 11:

END ZONE LEDs

The end zone LEDs are sold as a book-end pair. 60-second rotations. We should
offer/guarantee 8 rotations during the game, depending upon how many sponsors we
have.
• South End Zone: 3.15’ x 151.18’. Four-color, fully digital, capable of animation. TV
visible.
o Graphics to be delivered fitting 48 pixels tall x 2304 pixels wide (.eps or
quicktime format)
• North End Zone: Two panels, 3.15’ x 67.19’ flanking the entrance to the locker room
o Graphics to be delivered fitting 48 pixels tall x 1024 pixels wide (.eps or
quicktime format)

MAIN VIDEO BOARD

• Permanent locations:
o Four digital positions available; two on either side of the main video panel
o Remains visible throughout the game
o Graphics – 224 pixels tall x 224 pixels wide (jpg, eps or quicktime format)
 • Quad-Vision:
o Logo will rotate across four positions; two on main video board, two on auxiliary
boards on either side of the main video board. One-minute rotations:
o Main video board – wing rotating. Graphics to be delivered fitting 224
pixels tall x 224 wide (jpg, eps or quicktime format)
o Aux boards rotating. Graphics to be delivered fitting 112 pixels tall x 304
pixels wide (jpg, eps or quicktime format)
