Achievements PMS – II

1. During the reporting period I arranged the 1st and 2nd biannual focus group
meetings of SME Finance, Housing Finance, Agri Finance, Micro Finance and
Islamic Banking on the timeline specified by DFSD HOK.
2. I assured the participation of all stakeholder by approaching them through
email and call and subsequent reminders.
3. I made the minutes of all the focus group meeting and forwarded it to DFSD
HOK.
Following extra meetings which were not the part of the business plan were
arranged by myself:
1. Arranged Meeting with Regional Heads/ Area Managers of Commercial
Banks on 01-08-2018 to discuss NFLP Targets.
2. Arranged Training of Trainers (ToT) regarding NFLP from 12-14 September
2018.
3. Arranged One Day Energy Efficiency Training Program. on 29-10-2018 at
Sukkur
4. Arranged Training program Islamic SME Financing for Relationship Managers
from 12-13 November 2018 at Khairpur.
5. Arranged Islamic Banking workshops with Muftis and Ulema of various Cities
of Sukkur region on 18-04-2019.
6. Arranged Training/Awareness Session on Export Refinance Scheme at Sukkur
Chamber of Commerce & Industry on 22-04-2019.
7. Regional Agri Credit Target Monitoring Meeting on 03-05-2019.
 2. During the reporting period I conducted all the programs that come under the
domain of AFU SBP-BSC Sukkur and the business plan of the office. The venues
of these programs calling audience relating to various sectors, arrangements of
lunch/ refreshment of the venue, making necessary advertising material for the
event and making the payments of these programs. The following programs
given in the business plan of the office 2018-19 were conducted:

1. Conducted Ten awareness programs on Promotion Policy of SBP for SME

Finance.
2. Conducted Ten Awareness Programs on Salient Security Features of New
design Currency Notes
3. Conducted Ten Awareness Programs on Credit Guarantee Scheme of SBP for
Women Entrepreneurs in Underserved Areas
4. Conducted Outreach Programs on SME, AGRI, Microfinance, Housing
Finance and Islamic Banking.
5. Conducted Concluding ceremony of Six Weeks Summer Internship Program
on 03-08-2018.
6. Conducted Training Program on Export Finance Scheme /SME and Foreign
Exchange Operations of SBP for Bankers of Sukkur Region on 14-11-2018.
7. Arranged to conduct Monthly Pension Monitoring.

Following extra programs/ awareness sessions were conducted:

1. Conducted Two extra programs on Policy for promotion of SME Finance.

2. Conducted Two extra programs on Credit Guarantee Scheme of SBP for
Women Entrepreneurs.
 3. Arranged Training program Islamic SME Financing for Relationship Managers
from 12-13 November 2018 at Khairpur.
4. Arranged Awareness Program on Functions of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP)
and Salient Security features of new designed currency Notes. On 17-11-
2018 at SZABIST Larkana.
5. Arranged Study trip for Students of SZABIST Larkana Campus to SBP-BSC
Sukkur. on 07-12-2018.
6. Arranged 03 Days Training Program on Agri Value Chain Financing
7. Arranged an Awareness Program on Promotion of SME Finance at Hill Top
Restaurant Sukkur on 29-04-2019
8. Arranged Study Trip for the Students of Larkana SZABIST on 17-04-2019 at
Sukkur. The students were informed about the functions of SBP and SBP-BSC.

I not only arranged these programs but also made the record notes and processed
payments of all the expenses incurred on these programs.

4. During the reporting period I processed all the complaints as per the given
SOPs. In addition to this I done the work of NFLP, NFLP SAP and NFLP Street
Theater as extra work: During the reporting period
1. I achieved the annual target of NFLP SAP and NFLP Street Theater
2. I arranged to conduct 713 NFLP sessions
3. I processed all the cases of NFLP and NFLP SAP.
4. I updated the one page reports and CF-I forms in NFLP shared directory.
5. Conducted Onsite monitoring of NFLP and NFLP SAP classroom sessions.
6. During the reporting period I tried my level best to reduce manual work and
to shift it to that of computerized one. It is my effort that in preious year
2017-18 there were four officials working in AFU but now im the single
officer who is managing the entire unit.
7. During the reporting period I acquired knowledge on the various schemes of
SBP designed for various sectors and this is why

I delievered presentation in four awareness session on promotion of SME

Finance and Five awareness sessions on credit guarantee scheme of SBP for
Women Enterpreneurs. Further I conducted three awareness programs on
Slaient Security Features of New Design Currency Notes.

I addition to this I acquired knowledge on ELMS and trained the entire officer of
SBP-BSC Sukkur regarding the operations of ELMS.

Further I conducted chest monitoring and ATM monitoring during Eid holidys.
