Throughout college, I was frequently challenged to apply and improve my verbal and
written communication skills. I took full advantage of the opportunities to practice and
perfect my skills in class assignments, individual projects, group projects, exercise and
health and wellness programs. Results:

Problem Analysis
When participating in Competitive Cheerleading in College, I was constantly challenged to
observe, make decisions, analyze technique and details, and work independently as well as
within a team to link strategies and goals to develop a plan for the bigger picture. When
faced with challenging obstacles, I created new strategies to ensure success. Results:
Technical Skills
As a college student that has been at two different universities as well as taking several
online courses, I was objected to form very strong computer skills. I have taken computer
classes as well as quizzes to gain knowledge on how to use numerous different computer
programs. Results:
Coordination Skills
Since July of 2016, I have spent at least 20 hours a semester as a full-time college student
participating in and learning about Exercise Science, Nutrition, Exercise Programs, and
Dietetics while working 25+ hours a week. I designed a precise daily schedule in my
planner of assignments to make sure that everything I needed to get done were completed
