The fate of countries like Venezuela and Cuba

Although much has been written about it, it is still not understood that the
power of the heads of government over their own countries is very limited,
that only in absolutist dictatorships or with tendencies to absolutism power is
unlimited. But the absolutists are weaker, because they are made manageable
by external powers: when a dictator exercises his power in a country, his
psychology is susceptible handle and his actions can being directed to in
harmful or beneficial directions for his country.

Another thing, which is not understood, is that the world has always lived
under tyrannies, being the least worst of all "democratic tyrannies", where
electoral systems only allow conservatives being chosen between two or three
political parties. Understanding as conservative who rejects the demands of
the dynamic evolution of the economy and society, and that all tyranny
commits the crimes that are necessary to KEEP their system.

It must also be known that all tyranny needs enemies, whether artificial,
provoked or spontaneous, to give motives the population that it is a pride to
send their children to be part of the armies or of the repressive forces, and all
these, to create that concept of duty that minimizes any reasoning that is not
the one that interests.

From the above it follows that the world powers will not take a truly
liberating action from the tyrannies of Venezuela and Cuba. On the other hand,
these populations do not have or will have the resources that allow them to
organize, to free themselves from these drug-tyrannies. Uncertainty is what
prevails in relation to these countries and others like them.
