o Assisted in set-up and break-down of the market, gave assistance to vendors during market,
and facilitated transactions of customers for coffee, EBT tokens, and raffle tickets.
o I was the primary social media marketing student, posting on the market Instagram.
Strategies for promotion used included time of posts, amount of posts per day, content of the
posts, and promotion of market specials.
o As an extension of my marketing responsibility, I designed a promotional flyer that included
location, objective, payment options, and dates of the market. I also performed community
outreach, distributing flyers to local businesses within our target population.
