We are proud that our ownership group is 100% privately financing the West End

Stadium, MLS expansion fee, and Mercy Health Training Center -- a private
investment of close to half a billion dollars into our local economy. This
investment will support good paying jobs, stimulate investment in the region and
continue to attract national and international tourism to our great city.

FCC agreed to the most comprehensive, legally binding community benefits agreement
in the region with significant commitments to the West End. The CBA, when combined
with FCCs other community initiatives, is estimated to provide the community with
over $100 million of direct benefits related to supplier inclusion, workforce
development, youth athletics, direct support of local non-profits and affordable
housing.

Nashville, Miami, Austin and Columbus each have exciting stadium projects that will
deliver economic and community benefits unique to their communities and we look
forward to playing games in their world class stadiums. It is completely
misleading to cherry pick specific aspects of the final or proposed community
benefits agreements for those stadium projects and compare them to FCCs CBA.
There are significant differences between the West End Stadium and the MLS stadium
projects in other markets, specifically as it relates to the other cities direct
public support for stadiums and related mixed-use development, use of public land
for stadiums, and differences in how those markets obtained an MLS team.

FCC is the only professional team in the market to privately finance its stadium
and the only one to sign an enforceable community benefits agreement. FCC is proud
of the significant responsibility we are taking in the West End.
