“Letter of Complaint “
Subject: Usurpation / Falsification
Against: Wilma S. Belongilot and cohorts
I Valentino N. Belongilot a Master Mariner, 54 years old residing at Tapo tapo rd. Brgy. New
Buswang Kalibo Aklan. Hereby serving a formal complaint against Wilma S. Belongilot,54
yrs.old married to Frank N. Belongilot 57 years old, residing at Brgy.Andagaw Baybay rd. Kalibo
Aklan.

That on June 15, 2019 at around 0730 am at ABL capitol building where as the event was held
by Garcia College and Technology Inc.(GCT).

That in my surprised Wilma S. Belongilot has already unlawfully signed the attendance of my
son Van Franklin B. Belongilot a Third year High school Student of GCT. That, my son and I was
surprised and disappointed and insulted by the unlawful act of Wilma S. Belongilot.
In order to ovoid disappointment of my son I cross the name of Wilma S. Belongilot and put my
own name on top of her name. And take photo on it as evidence.

That, the complaint person was not given authority nor a guardian of my son or permitted to
sign any documents in behalf of my son.

Despite of previous years of being silent with no communications to them, just to avoid
problems that they may commit against me and to my family again (not to mention other
things she and her cohorts committed against me and to my family by oral defamation and libel
through using social media and text messages few years ago and was documented and filed
and will be available if needed. I cannot believe that they will do it to me and to my family
despite of the fact that I formerly financially supported their family).
In my silence, I prayed and was hoping that they will change into a better person as family
members. But I was wrong..

It is time to stop their way of destroying my honor my dignity and my love one’s. Before it is
too late..It’s been years that me and my family was mentally disturbed and mentally suffering
due to their annoying actions.

This complaint may serve as justice and to file Legal actions against Wilma S. Belongilot and to
her cohorts.

I have attached photos as evidence of Usurpation and Falsification committed by Wilma S.

Belongilot.
Please provide me a copy of Grade 11 Attendance Sheet of Student Angelo S. Belongilot
for my reference.
Hoping for your speedy action regarding this matter.
