My dear Colleagues, I would like to manifest my strong

support for this undertaking. The One-Stop Service Center for
OFWs (OSSCO) houses the government services most often
needed by overseas Filipino workers upon their return to the
country. Included among the services offered are passport
renewal and validity extension, processing and renewal of
various memberships, issuance and re-validation of various
licenses and clearances, payment centers, legal assistance, and
other provisions that OFWs need to fulfill obligations and
conditions required by the government of the country where they
are employed, by their employers, and by the Philippine
government. OSSCO provides frontline government services that
are most relevant and useful to OFWs under one roof. This

shortens the time needed to process documents, reduces travel
expenses for OSSCO users, and increases the effectiveness of
the delivery of services specific to OFWs.
