Considering that there is a need to conduct again the

screening of applicants for the various appointive positions in
the City Government, Your Honor, may I move for the
suspension of the rules to grant speaking rights to the
representatives of the Local Chief Executive, to discuss to us
and further enlighten this August Body pertaining to this
legislative matter. I, so move, Mr. Presiding Officer.
