Practical Steps to Take to Implement the Remedies

1) To save time, you can read about my story / qualifications. If you just want to use this as a reference
then read the top 30 remedies and also the top 13 remedies (ranked).

2) Be sure to have an open mind when reading these. Some of the suggestions are likely going to seem
a bit exotic. When I compare myself against who I was ~10 years ago, I would have thought that many
of these suggestions would not work.

But, my mind changed after experiencing the results. For example, I have never dabbled in illicit drugs,
so someone telling me that intravenous ketamine is helpful would have seemed crazy to me.

Yet, after conducting extensive research, I am very happy that I partook in the study at Columbia
University.

It helped a lot.

3) You will need to implement 4-10 of these suggestions to notice amazing results.

4) The FIRST step should be to clean up your diet. No soda. Stop eating fast food. Don't cook with
vegetable oil - use coconut oil instead because vegetable oil oxidizes and creates havoc in your body.

5) The SECOND step should be to get some exercise / go to the gym or go outside more

6) The THIRD step should be to install a blue light blocking app or program on your computer and
smart phone. For the computer, I use https://iristech.co/ and set it at 80% and for Android I use “Blue
Light Filter – Night Mode” (1800K, 50% Intensity and 25% screen dim)

7) The FOURTH step should be to get some supplements – you can start with D3 & K2 and then some
krill oil or fish oil.

8) The FIFTH step is to stop eating after 8pm. Your body repairs itself when it sleeps and it does this
better on an empty stomach.

9) The SIXTH step is to try submerge your face in cold water, take a cold shower OR create a
makeshift infrared sauna in your home. This may seem like a lot of work, but… I created an infrared
sauna for ~$30. And… I use it EVERY DAY because I love how it makes me feel, and it's also very
healthy. I bought irregular near infrared sauna RubyLux bulbs on eBay for ~$14 each

Then I spent $5 on these covers:

Then, I just put the bulb into the brooding clamp, clip it to my bathroom door, put the Mylar blanket
over me and sit on a chair.

It feels REALLY good.

10) The SEVENTH step is to practice box breathing. Breathe in for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds,
breathe out for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds.

Then increase it to 10 second intervals, etc.

11) Those are 7 steps that everyone can EASILY implement for about $50 and virtually no time!!!!

These 7 steps, when combined, will have a relatively noticeable impact.

It won't “cure” you. But it will definitely set the wheels in motion to helping you recover fully.

You'd be AMAZED at how synergistic everything is. When you combine all 7, it'll be much more
powerful then simply implementing 2-3 of them.

12) Finally! Choose 2-3 of the other treatments that you want to try but which require more of a
commitment. For example, maybe you want to try high dose Niacin, or cerebrolysin injections, or a
gratitude journal, etc.

Here's the main takeaway: No one is going to cure your illness for you.

I have given you ~30 treatments that work. And 7 of them are outlined above that you can implement
very easily.

You will need to experiment and take action and, if you do so, I guarantee that you will notice some
positive improvements.

Everyone is unique, and each treatment is different and have different levels of effectiveness. Some are
more powerful than others.

Curing your illness is the most important step you can take to improve your life.
