Account type changes/correction), You may do the same on the website
Procedure for reissue request

i) Log on to https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in with your User ID and Password

ii) Go to My Account section and select Refund Re-issue Request and enter the necessary details
iii) After the request is accepted, it will take 15 days to reprocess the case, the status update can be checked at e-filing site or TIN
NSDL. In case of any failures, communication letter (G3) will be sent by e-mail

Kindly note the following details is required for placing the service request at the e-filing website:
i. CPC Reference No. – This is the Communication Reference No. available on the first page of Intimation u/s 143(1)/Rectification Order
u/s 154.This No. will be of the format CPC/1011/P2/xxxxxxxxxx where xxxxxxxxxx represents a ten digit number
ii. Refund Sequence No. – This number is available in the first page or in the table Refund Particulars above the Notes, in the above mentioned
orders. It will be a ten digit number like 1234567890
iii. Date of Birth – The Date of Birth should be the same as mentioned on your PAN Card

Please refer to the pictorial representation shown below; indicating the CPC reference number and refund
sequence number as can be seen in the intimation u/s 143(1)/154.
