However, in 2005, I discovered that the Owner's Copy of TCT No. 19796 was missing and I could no longer find it; - I diligently exerted all efforts to locate the land title but to no avail, hence, for all legal intents and purposes it is now deemed lost and beyond recovery; 5. I certify and confirm that the parcel of land covered by the said TCT No. 19796 was never mortgaged, sold, conveyed, disposed of, or encumbered to any other person or entity and was neither confiscated nor relinquished in favor of any government agency or authority; 6.
