URGENT MOTION TO RESET HEARING

COMES NOW, Accused xxxx, through counsel, respectfully submits

that:

1. On xxxx, Accused counsel received this Honorable Court’s

Constancia which states that the hearing dated April 23, 2019 was
cancelled and reset to June 3, 2019 at 1:30 in the afternoon.

2. It is respectfully submitted that when the case hearing was

set, a previously set hearing on a different court was already scheduled.

3. In view of the foregoing, undersigned counsel cannot attend

the hearing set for this case and thus constrained to request for a
resetting to a later date. Furthermore, undersigned counsel respectfully
requests that the rescheduled date be set on any date except July 5,
2019, as another hearing is also set on that date.

4. This motion is not intended for delay but solely for the
purpose stated above.

PRAYER

 WHEREFORE, premises considered, Accused, xxxx, respectfully
prays that this Honorable Court cancel the hearing scheduled on June 3,
2019 and schedule the same to another date.

Accused prays for such further or other reliefs as may be deemed

just and equitable.
