LW36-145/126(W)/T3150-40 self-energy HV AC sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker is an outdoor product. It is used in electricity grids
with altitudes of no greater than 2000m (product designs for 3000m are available), environment temperatures of no less than -30

In the space between the vacuum interrupter and the ceramic sleeve of this product is filled with SF6 gas (without internally attached

also avoid sych defects of the original ZW7 serial products as that the internally filled insulation materials may easily lead to air bubbles,
penetrating discharge and difficulties in maintenance and repairs.

Imported products or products made by joint venture manufacturers were adopted for major secondary electric components, so they
feature high reliability.

The surface treatments for the exposed parts of this product were all hot dip galvanized or directly use high quality stainless steel
plates, which feature excellent corrosion resistance.

This product can directly substitute SW2-35 oil-minimum breaker (with the same installation dimensions), and when provided with
transition support it can replace all types of oil-maximum breakers, so it is a rather ideal oilles breaker.

LW8-40.5 outdoor high voltage SF6 circuit breaker is a three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high voltage electric appliance and it uses SF6
gas as intercepting and insulating media and adopts arc chamber mechanism. With powerful breaking capacity, it can be widely used in the
electric system with a rated voltage of 40.5 V and as the open and close rated current, short-circuit current of sub-stations and power plant
and it can also be used liaison breaker and switch on/off capacitor bank; it has an internally attached current transformer for measurement
and protection.

Structural features
As a large-capacity product developed by our Company, this product adopts arc chamber and is coupled with spring operation
mechanism. It passed all the type tests of 40kV at one time. The tests have proven that this product features excellent breaking perfor-mance,
reliable mechanical features. Its major characteristics are listed below:

It features high insulation level: between the broken sections a 118kV industrial frequency withstand voltage,215kV lightning impulse
withstand voltage and can meet the requirements of liaison breaker. In addition, this product has been specially design to meet the
environment requirements at a sea level of 3000m.

On both sides of the broken sections of this product current transformer CT can be attached, and the secondary windings of the
CT and the casing of the breaker are in low electric potential, so it ahs good safety and reliability and an excellent layout adaptability. The
iron core of the current transformer adopts microcrystal alloy and magnetic material with high conductivity and its accuracy grades can reach
Grade 0.2 or Grade 0.2S.

The surface treatments for the exposed parts of this product were all hot dip galvanized or directly use high quality stainless steel
plates, which feature excellent corrosion resistance.
