Rationale:

Education nowadays brought new advancements both in curriculum

instruction and pedagogy. With these diverse educational trends, many educators
were challenged to uplift teaching performance. However, educational institutions
still tested into facets of managing accomplishments. A seminar-workshop is held
to assess educators along the way in strengths and development needs toward
success.

Rosario Elementary School is one of the adopted schools of the University

and a Barangay School of the Division of Tandag City. The school has been a
recipient in any extension services implemented by the University. In this regard,
the activity will be done in this venue in coordination with the students of MAED
211 and 8 lecturers coming from the said class to conduct a “One-Day Seminar-
Workshop on Career Management” to all teachers of the said school.

Objectives:

At the end of one-day seminar-workshop, the participants are expected to:

1. explain management in career pathways;

2. determine issues and challenges in career management;
3. assess strengths and development needs toward successful career
management; and
4. improve productivity for better fulfillment and financial security.

Description of the Activity:

1. The activity is a One-Day Seminar-Workshop on Career Management.

2. The activity will be conducted at Rosario Elementary School, Rosario,
Tandag City, Surigao del Sur.
3. Participants are elementary teachers of Rosario Elementary School.
4. Certificate of recognition and participation will be given to lecturers and
participants respectively.
5. Certificate of commendation will be given to Rosario Elementary School.
