Need For a Campus Program:

1. Building up of the talent pipeline: There is no pipeline


today to cater to the dynamic Feet on Street hiring requirements
pan India.

2. Improve the quality of the sale force: We can improve the


quality of the Sales force by inducting fresh and aggressive
sales force through a structured process.

Campus Presentation for making sales pitch on the following


lines:
About ING, ING as a Industry Leader, ING Business Direction, ING
Mission & Values, Investing in the Future, ING Branding
Position, Intro to ING Vysya Bank, Growth & Development Career
Growth Chart, Compensation Components / Total CTC etc, Other
Services & Benefits.

Personal Interview for candidates who evince interest. If the


numbers evincing interest are more than 30 then a Group
Discussion (GD) is suggested.

• Two members Panel. One from Business (Regional Sales Manager /


Area Sales Manager and from HR (HR Coordinator)

• Announce the selected candidate list the same day at campus and
make provisional offers.

Eligibility (proposed): Any Graduation or Post Graduate

Terms of employment: One-year contract on the rolls of ING Vysya

Compensation: Fixed Compensation as per grid below:

Training Program: One day Induction program at the respective


location to be conducted by the Regional Sales Trainer. The
module will cover organization overview; culture and values,
product features, KYC and Compliance.

There will be a test at the end of the program. Employees


getting < 50% will be called for a re test within/after one

week. Further employment will be contingent to clearing the
test.

In addition they will also go through a three-man day training


staggered across the year (On compliance, Products and Selling
Skills)

Other Terms and conditions:

All other terms and conditions and HR Processes (Like


Performance Management, code of conduct etc) will be at par with
other lateral hires.

Career Path: Typically in Branch Banking. Minimum one-year


tenure as a Sales Executive/ Senior Sales Executive


This clause will be built into the offer letter.

1. To source customers for Current Account, Savings Account Products of


the bank. Customers to be sourced from individuals, small businesses,
trusts, associations, societies, corporate.
2. REVENUE GENERATION, CUSTOMER ACQUISITION, CUSTOMER RETENTION, COST
EFFICIENCY THROUGH PROCESS

Desired Profile:

1. Post-graduate or graduate with appropriate experience.


2. Hardcore sales mentality. Primary motivation from achievement of
targets. A hunter by orientation.
3. Should be well groomed and presentable with ambassadorship qualities.
