General description:
Our GL series double shaft shredding machine adopts the advanced technology introduced from Europe, and
passed the CE Certification of Quality System. Low speed,high torque, low noise. over-load protector , the
machines is suitable to treat the big, thick of plastic products, such as big diameter plastic pipe ,Big PP wove
bag, the shell of TV sets, refrigerators and washing machines, tires , plastic packing case, computer hard disk,
aluminum, bronze and the thickness of steel less than 5mm.

The machine is controlled by PLC system, the blade can be rotated in opposite direction, and also will close
automatically if something unexpected happen, with very high safety service

Part II. Price List and payment ,warranty and others.

1. Price and Term of payment
Price: 39,000 USD ,FOB , Shanghai seaport
30% as advance payment by T/T after signing contract;
70% as balance after inspection machine before delivery by T/T or L/C

2. Delivery
60 working days since receiving advance payment.

3. Packing
Sea worthy packing

4. Technical documents
SEVENSTAR will offer you all necessary documents, e.g. general layout plan, electrical diagram
and user manual after the contract is executed.

5. Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work

◊ After informed machines ready for inspection, customer can send engineers to SEVENSTAR;
Customer can also consign SEVENSTAR to finish inspection work.
◊ After the machines are delivered to customer’s factory, please arrange preparation work before
engineers arrive if required .
◊ SEVENSTAR will send technicians to the factory after preparation work is completed;
◊ Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines involved.
◊ Meanwhile technicians will give free training lessons to labors in customer’s factory.
◊ The customer just needs to bear expenses generated for this work, e.g. airplane tickets (round-way),
residency, meals and allowance of USD35 per day for each technician.

6. Quantity and quality guarantee

◊ Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation:
In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, customer should file claim
within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination.
◊ Guarantee period and after-sales services: 12 month since installation finish and machine normal
working. During this guarantee period, SEVENSTAR will provide spare parts without any charge in case
of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations,
SEVENSTAR will provide spare parts at cost price.
◊ Long-term service:
SEVENSTAR will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond guarantee time and provide
long-term technical guide.
