WE ALL START FROM BELOW

The observation and description is a practice that everybody since they are children need to do,
also its a pillar of the investigation, when we made a work as a thesis we need to have the ability
to observe everything each details and also things that are not easy to see for everybody but if
we practice to observe and take note of it, will be easy to develop the characteristics that we saw.
This practice is so useful for people who learn observing thing, who are visual. In this essay
I am going to describe an image taken from a website provided by the teacher that it come from
a book called “Where children sleep” by James Mollison. The website show different kind of rooms
where children from different nationalities sleep. I choose the photograph where Lehlohonolo
sleeps. First I will describe the size and color of the room, secondly the objects that are on the
wall, later and finally the roof and the other objects that are close to bed and so on.

The Lehlohonolo´s room is a medium size and yellow color, with a single window covered by a
thin fabric it's sunning, the walls are made of adobe block of earth mix with water as in Bolivia,
and people of the countryside use it.
On the wall are only one thing hanging, is it like a backpack of blue color and pink. The roof
covered with two metal sheets lead color that are supported by wooden beams brown color in x
form.

Below of the window fence a small bed with three wool blankets (the blankets are used to cover
the cold are fabrics thicker than the sheets) one of brown color mix with light brown don´t have
a specific figure, another used of sky-blue color with cherry don´t have a specific figure on, and
the other red with green and triangle details lying on the metal bed, lead color, and in front of
the bed near to the low part of the wall is a trunk of sky-blue color atop a plastic pail (when I wash
clothes, I use a very large plastic container to fill it with water and put clothes in it) with clothes
inside and on top of it, at the side other white blankets.

At finally the floor is black color and there are something kind of rouge, but the room is a little
dark. In conclusion, I can say that the observation and the description are essentials in the process
of research. Each details are important for our work and for our life, there are some details that
has disadvantages of the environment and for the situation it need to take account.
