AGAINST DEFENDANTS POWERS AND COMMUNICLIQUE

THIS MATIER came to be heard on the Plaintiffs' Motion For Entry of a Final Default

Judgment against Defendants Andrew Powers ("Powers") and CommuniClique, Inc.

("CommuniClique") and it appearing to the Court that: (i) a Default Judgment as to liability was

entered against these defendants on December 21, 2018, resulting in the factua l allegations of the

Complaint being admitted, (ii) Plaintiffs introduced evidence of their compensatory damages in

Exhibits 1-13 and are entitled to interest on these principal amounts from the dates that they

purchased shares in CommuniClique payment pursuant to Va. Code§§ 8.01-382 and 13.l-522(A),

(iii) Plaintiffs introduced evidence in Exhibits 14-16, that when taken with the allegations admitted

in the Complaint, establish their entitlement to punitive damages, and (vi) Plaintiffs introduced

evidence as to the attorneys' fees to which they are entitled under Va. Code§ 13.I-522(A).

ACCORDINGLY, it is hereby ADJUDGED. ORDERED and DECREED, that a judgment

shall be and is hereby entered in favor of the following named Plaintiffs and against Defendants

Powers and CommuniClique, jointly and severally, for the amounts stated with interest running

thereon 6% per annum until paid, from the date set forth next to the judgment amount.

JASON M. DONAHUE TRUST:

Judgment in the amount of $2,862,250.90, with interest thereon running on the amounts

and from the dates set forth below:

1. $190,000 from November 30, 2016

2. $1 , 152,000 from December 2, 2016

3. $130,250 from December 13, 2016

4. $51,000 from December 14, 2016

5. $135,000 from December 15, 2016

6. $78,000 from December 23, 20 16

7. $18,000.90 from January 7, 2017

8. $1 ,008,000 from March 23, 2017

9. $100,000 from May 2, 2017

IRA SERVICES COMPANY CFBO JASON MARK DONAHUE IRA 706358:

Judgment in the amount of $760,000 with interest thereon from January 5, 2017

THE ROBERT AND CAROL DONAHUE FAMILY TRUST:

Judgment in the amount of $288,000 with interest thereon from January 28, 20 17

AND ACCORDINGLY, it is further ADJUDGED. ORDERED and DECREED, that a

judgment shall be and is hereby entered in favor of these Plaintiffs and against Defendants Andrew
