    A: Assembly of ceiling
    Interior ceiling shall be constructed with minimum 89/63 x 41 x 1 mm studs and TPEB- SPR-
    A1 runners, spaced 610mm on center. 10

    The surfaces of gypsum board shall be true and free from imperfections that would TPEB- SPR-
    A2 render it unfit for use with or without decoration. 10

    Installed products shall be protected from weather, condensation, direct sunlight, TPEB- SPR-
    A3 construction, and other causes during the remainder of construction period. 10

    Panels that are wet, damage by mold and moisture shall be removed. TPEB- SPR-

    A5 The gypsum board of the ceiling should be minimum 16mm thick fire resistant. TPEB-SPR-10
