AH, LOURDES C. TAALA, FATIMA C. ORTIZ, ROSARIO J. CARBONILLA and
PERPETUA SOCORRO J. CARBONILLA of legal ages, Filipino, all married except
Remedios Ah and Milagros Expression who are widow and Rosario Carbonilla and
Perpetua Socorro Carbonilla who are single, with postal address at Tagnipa, Maasin City,
Southern Leyte do hereby APPOINT, NAME and CONSTITUTE, JOSE G. TAALA, JR. to
be our true and lawful Attorney-in-fact, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married with
residence at Tagnipa, Maasin City, Southern Leyte, to do and perform the following acts
and deeds:

1. To be our sole attorney-in-fact and representative for purposes of securing

Clearance with the HLURB-Tacloban City and Subdivision Plan from the City
Planning Office of Maasin City, Southern Leyte and other to transact with other
government or private entities with respect to a parcel of land covered under
Original Certificate of Title No. 34208 in the name of the Heirs of Saturnino
Javier; and

2. To sign and/or execute any document in relation to the authority given above.

Authority is further given to our said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do
any and all acts whatsoever necessary in order to give full force and effect to this
authority, without the power of substitution, and hereby confirming any such acts
that he might lawfully do or cause to be done, as each of us may do or cause to be
done if personally present.
