ABSTRACT
The campus has approximately 1000 to 1500 minimum number of students to
accommodate in every semester. And in every semester, there were always an event or program
being hosted by the highest student governing body in the campus – the Campus Student
Government which is always in need of an Office Laptop and Printer to be used in the activities
for encoding, editing and printing. But sad to say that the organization has only limited officers
who own a Personal Computer to use with the events.
It has come into our attention that this is really delinquent for officers whenever there is a
program/activity in the campus. In this case, unique solutions were amalgamated to just procure
one Office Laptop and Printer to be placed at the Student Center-Campus Student Government
Office.
II. OBJECTIVES

The project objectives are:

 to reduce the burden of the campus student officers before and/or during the school
program/activity,
 to improve the quality of service to the students, and
 to give courtesy to the next administration.

The implementing organization of this project will be the Campus Student Government.
III. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

The use of computer set in an organization like the Campus Student Government has an
immense impact in the service they provide to the enormous number of students in the campus. In
the history of the Campus Government here at Lal-lo, the organization did not own Office Laptop
and also a Printer to use in some official businesses in this office. Thus, all student organizations
shall have its own Laptop (or desktop) and printer to use in such events and other official
businesses. This problem was being repetitive in the long run of the organization.
