The Regulations in Speakool.

1. You should have Skype on your PC or Laptop to a router or modem that is so stable

and speed. You should be on Korea Standard Time because Korean students live on KST.

Please, don’t get confussed. Also, When you teach them, You should be in your home, not

in a noisy place and you shouldn’t take a snack in your lesson, which is really bad.

however, you can drink some water and tea in the class.

2. Before teaching students, You may have a level test for students for 20 minutes. You

evaluate their english and they are going to decide after the level test if they will enroll

in your class. Therefore, Level tests are really important to get students. If you appeal to

them as a good english teacher well, They will enroll in your class. I also ask them to

enroll in your class and assign them to you.

So, The way to have a level test is Free talking, such as life, music, sports, love, hobby,

pet(cats&dogs), foods, cooking and so on about Listening(20Points),

Vocabulary(20Points), Speaking(20Points), Pronounciation(20Points), Grammar(20Points)

, the total 100score. After evaluating a test student, give me the evaluation on kakao talk.

Feedback:

Since she wants to become a flight attendant and will be having interviews, i think she

needs to practice more speaking and expressing her ideas in a polite way.. She's very

confident in speaking English..

4. When teaching students, Let them speak in english for a very long time, many times.

give them many examples&questions and let them follow your pronunciation and speaking

skill. they speak first and you correct them and make them follow your pronunciation and

sentence. I believe that they get better and better when they speak with mouth. It is not

important to focus only on progress&page of a book but to let them continue to speak

with mouth.
5. You SHOULD come to the classes on your schedule time that i gave you. Let's shift

your ground. if you don't come to the classes on time, the students will express their

dissatisfaction and if the dissatisfaction is expressed more than twice, you can't receive

the payment that you had seventh classes because I have to refund 100% to the students.

Of course, it won't be realized if you aren't absent. Don’t get nervous. Koreans are so

suceptible to manner and kindness that you will have no any problem if you teach them

kindly and hard. The better is to be their friend. Teach them like a friend. In case, if the

students want the time change or you have the inevitable occasion and want to change

the time ,once, you should tell me about it and adjust the time with the student and can

replace your time with your colleagues.

6. Look in the the wage scale and read an example.

Wage Scale for 3 months for an Intern worker

First, you work for 3months as an intern worker

In general, students enroll in 40mins class or 20mins class.

75% 40mins class, 20% 20mins class, 4% 30mins class, 1% 10mins class.

40mins, one session, 90pesos.

For example,

When you teach a student on 2pm for 40mins , 20 sessions, u get more 1800pesos, and

when you teach other on 2:50pm for 30mins, you get 1350pesos. the total payment u get

is 3150pesos, So, the more students you get, you will have many payments. Actually,

now, there is a teacher who have 10~14students. Guess what the payment she gets.

Wage Scale for 4~6 months for a regular worker

After 3months as an intern, you work for 4~6months as a regular worker

40mins, one session, 95pesos.

For example,

When you teach a student at 2pm for 40mins , 20 sessions, u get more 1900pesos, and

when you teach other on 2:50pm for 30mins, you get 1425pesos. the total payment u get
is 3325pesos, So, the more students you get, you will have more many payments.

Actually, now, there is a teacher who have 10~14students. Guess what the payment she

gets.

Wage Scale for 7~9 months for a regular worker

If you are for 7~9months

Plz, don’t be confussed with this wage system. 40mins, one session, not 2000pesos, but

40mins, one session, 100pesos.

For example, When you teach a student at 2pm for 40mins , 20 sessions, u get more

2000pesos, and when you teach other at 2:50pm for 30mins, you get 1500pesos. the total

payment u get is 3500pesos, So, the more students you get, you will have many

payments. Actually, now, there is a teacher who have 10~14students. Guess what the

payment she gets.

7. You should give me your english full name (which is not nickname but real) Address in

English, Tel(phone number), your Residence ID or passport number. All of them I said is
necessary. To send the payment, I should receive them from you thoroughly. If I don’t

receive the one of them, the payment is returned to me because transferring is so picky.

However, don’t care about it. If you send all, it will be no problem. And When you

receive the payment, you should give a bank teller my full name(Lee Seong Goo) and the

number like password(I will send you when I transfer) at METRO BANK or METROBANK

Partner such as PS bank, LBC Express, Robisons Department Store, M Lhuillier

Pawnshop, Palawan Pawnshop, Globe GCash outlets and Cebuana Lhuillier Pawnshop.

Also, you should charge a commissions(200pesos) to the bank teller. However, Don’t

worry about it because I will transfer more the commissions(200pesos) to you. For

example, If your payment is 2000pesos for May, I’ll transfer 2200pesos (not 200pesos) to

you because you charge the commissions(200pesos).

8. They are your students to teach in spite of whether their age is upper and lower than
your age. Even if you don't be satisfied with their speaking, don't blame them and throw a
fit. we should teach them with much love. we are teachers who are proud of and
generous.

9. Don't leak your wage to your students and koreans. if they recognize it, they will tell

me that "plz, reduce the tution". If I reduce the tution, I also have to reduce your payment.

Thus, you should not reveal the payment even if they ask you about it. Also, if they ask

you whether you have an experience to teach, say ‘yes’. They don’t like unexperienced

teacher. I want them not to drop of your class and if they ask you about me, just tell them

‘my boss’. It will build much trust. Please, Don’t say friend.

10. I told you about many things but it is actually all the basic. It is not hard to follow. I

know the economy in PH. I want to help you get the opportunity to work. However, I will

do my best for you. actually, I work for about 11hours to assign students to teachers. you

are my friends as well as employees. Let's do our best, each other!
