A2. RESPONSIBILITIES

A2A. ONSHORE CONSTRUCTION LLC

1. To provide Darkroom and Office Accomodation.
2. Payment of the NNRA Fee for the registration of the On-site Isotope Storage Pit
3. Provision of Films and other Consumables
4. Reimbursement of cost associated with Customs, Freight, Insurance and Documentation charges for Sources upon receipt from Manufacturer.
5. Invoices to be paid after 30 days of submission OPS/MARAPROCT and received by Company assigned representative
6. Company to determine duration of contract.
7.Company to provide transportation to and from Company designated point in town to Company work areas.

A2B. OILFIELD PROJECT SUPPORT LIMITED/MARAPROCT LIMITED

1. Provision of NDT Equipment (Minimum of 3 Sets of IR-192 ISOTOPE Projector and Accessories)
2. Processing of NNRA registration of the on-site Isotope Storage Pit.
3.Provision of accomodation and feeding for the crew.
4.Provision of the following NDT personnel - 6 NDT Personnel and 1 RSO
5.Provision of Darkroom Accessories.
6.To provide PPE suitables to work on clients work areas.
Mobilization: 30% of Total Contract value required
