SCOPE OF WORK

1. User Library

Deliverables
○ Create User - a system module that enables the user to create/save user entity that
includes basic information like name, email/username and password.
○ Read User - a system module that enables the user read/view user information.
○ Update User - a system module that enables the user to update/edit the existing user
entity.
○ Delete User - a system module that enables the user delete/remove user entry.
○ Know-Your-Customer (KYC) - a system module that enables the user gather more
information from the customer/user and to confirm the identity of the customer (personal
information like ID number, address, contact number, social media accounts and etc).
○ Authentication / Session - a system feature that enables the user to login or logout from
the system through the use of 1st factor authentication (email/username and password).
○ Access Levels - a system feature that enables the user to assign role and permissions to
other users.

2. Admin / Operation Dashboard

Deliverables:
○ Product Management - a system feature that enables the admin/operator to manage
product information. Product management is divided into following sub modules:
■ Gallery - a platform that lets the admin/operator to upload product images
■ Product Details - a feature that enables the admin/operator to modify product
price, name, description, status, and etc.
○ Reports - a system feature that enables the admin/operator to generate the following
types of reports (daily, weekly, monthly, annually):
■ Sales Reports - a system feature to generate sales reports. This feature is able
to generate reports based on the status of the following customer orders:
1. Confirmed orders
2. Pending orders
3. Delivered/Complied orders
■ Customer Reports - a system feature to generate customer reports based on the
number of customers registered, confirmed identity (based on KYC).

3. Online Store

Deliverables:
○ Product List and Item Search - product have its own list and customer can search product
based on keywords (product name, brand, description and etc).
○ Store Front Page - a more attractive and catchy online store front page.
○ Product Cart and Checkout - customer can select product to cart and later to checkout
whenever he wants.
○ Order Verifications (by operations) - operations will have the platform to order status (pending,
confirmed and delivered).
○ Order fulfillment - when order has been verified by operations, purchase order form and
invoice will be ready to be printed out.

4. Customer Service / Support

Deliverables
○ Real Time Chat and Messaging - a widget that enables the customer and operations to
communicate and interact via real time messaging/chat.
○ Tickets - customers can also submit tickets of their concerns. Email notification will be
triggered to the operations.

Project Budget

With the said Scope of Work stated, the estimated project budget is USD 300.00 fixed.
