Reflection

Writing Development
Throughout this course I have seen some improvement in my writing. I do not have as much grammatical
error as I did in my previous from the beginning of the semester. I have development understanding of
how to use semicolon and colon. Semi-colon and colon had always confused me, and I never was sure of
how and when to use it. I have also developed better technical skills that is very help in my working area.
Lastly, learning how to use track changes and how to utilize word techniques. One of the biggest
improvements I have overcome would probably be the corresponding packets that taught me how to
write a better letter and email. I work in an environment where I use email as the key communication.
Even with me having this experience, I found the corresponding one of the toughest yet useful subject we
talked about in the course. I realize that the clarity and choices of word really matters in emails and letter
because there is a lack of emotion or body language. I wish we had more time to talk more about the
email and letter assignment because those two key assignments are very useful in work environment.

Course Goals
My goal at the beginning of this semester was to get an A in this class and learn how to become a stronger
and better writer. I have never been a strong writer. My goals were met this semester with help and
guides of my teacher and peers. I like how you make time for peer review. I feel like this was one of the
most helpful part in improving my writing skills. Since I had no experience in technical writing, I was looking
forward in how to absorb this course skills set to help me become a better writer. I believe I have become
a better write compare to when I first started this course. I have learned new skills sets that would be
helpful for me in the future. I have also learned how to make less grammar mistakes with the fun and
effective power point slide you have provided.

Assignment
The assignment I am most proud of would be the email and letter. These two assignments is something
that I have never done before in my classes. It was a skill that I lacked. I enjoy this assignment the best
because I was able to develop a new skill sets that better me as a person. I would not add any other
assignment to this course, I feel like that course have very useful learning skills. I only wish we had more
time on the visual assignment. The visual project was something new and fun to learn. I wish I was able
to learn how to use the technology in the visual better and have a longer exposer to the visual projects.
