123456 of the Registry of Deeds for the Province of South
Cotabato in the name of xxxxxxxxx, Filipino, of legal age and a
resident of Poblacion, Surallah, South Cotabato.

In the complaint, certified machine copy of which is attached

hereto, plaintiff is seeking, among others, by way of relief, the
declaration of nullity of foreclosure of the real estate mortgage
over the aforementioned property.
