 MOM FOR NEW Yarn conditioning machine

The minuts of meeting held between following persons at Mahima Purespun Pithampur on date
09.12.2015

Following points discussed regarding Yarn Conditioning machine No. 287/10500/2010

1) The machine model Profix 1500P, Sr. No. 287 has commissioned on date 13/12/2011 at Mahima
Purespun.
2) After some time machine get started to get rusted and after 1 year service steam pipe for main
vessel got fully damaged and Mahima replaced the pipe.
Mahima informed to Elgi Electric through mail and personal talk with elgi officials
3) Slowly Whole machine get rusted and trolley got damaged due to rust formation.
4) Since machine is fully manufactured with rust proof Stainless Steal material, So It should not be
rusted.
5) But since machine is being rusted, it means the material used to manufacture the machine
parts is not match the quality standard and it is a manufacturing defect
6) Mahima Purespun wants from Elgi to resolve the problem and assure to get proper operating
life of machine
7) Elgi recommend to use R. 0./ D. M. Water only for Energy vessel and water hardness and TDS
should be less then 20 PPM.
8) Photographs of machine will be attached in mail with copy of this MOM.
