A short brief on types of tyres
Tubeless Tyre
Tyre and the rim of the wheel together form
an air container-the inner wall of the tyre has
an airtight lining.
Air movement during puncture of a tubeless tyre:
If a sharp object, e.g. a nail, punctures the tread, air
escapes only around the nail. Generally results in
gradual deflation as long as the nail remains in the tyre:
a typical “SLOW puncture”

Tube Tyre
Tyre is kept inflated by air in the inner tube. Air
pressure causes the tube`s valve to fit into, and thus
seal, the valve hole in the wheel rim.

Air movement during puncture of a tube tyre:

If a sharp object goes through the tread and punctures
the tube, tube (and valve) immediately shrink leaving the
valve hole unsealed. Air escapes QUICKLY, entire tyre
collapses = flat tyre in seconds.

Accomplishment warranty
Strictly subjected to the condition below, Puncture Protective Gel assures that its dealer will rectify / repairs the
puncture and if both are not possible, replace the sealant at their circumspection or if it still not stops the leakage then
refund the amount paid by the customer for sealant.

Warranty applicable for punctures where the puncture is round and hole sizes do not exceed then mentioned permissible
limit. Which are as follows: -

1) Two wheeler tyres : - up to 4 mm

2) Light motor vehicles tyres : - up to 4 mm
3) Commercial and off road vehicles tyres : - up to 6 mm
4) For Tube of Heavy and off-road vehicles: - up to 3 mm

Accomplishment warranty claim and total reimbursement under any case cannot exceed the quantity sold to the
customer for the installation of PPG in the tyre.

Exclusions: - Warranty doesn’t apply in following cases: -

 Installation of tubeless type in tube based tyres or conversely.

 Nature of puncture is not round
 Punctures in joint portion of the valve tube
 Punctures in side wall and crown area
 Where the tread depth of tyres is less then permissible trade depth (Non Skid Depth –NSD) as per tyre
manufacturer
 Tyres having Faulty Rim, Tyre cord damaged
 In case of previously punctured tyres & tube leakages
 Tyres those are totally damaged or lost their elasticity

The warranty is exclusive of tyre manufacturers warranty and does not in any way warranty the tyre itself nor does it
extend the warranty offered by the tyre manufacturers or any other third party insurance provider

Terms & Conditions for Distributorship

1) Price: - All prices stated are FOB the Company's offices. Prices do not include transportation
costs which shall be borne by Vendee. Prices do not include federal, state or local taxes
applicable to the products sold under this Agreement. An amount equal to the appropriate
taxes will be added to the invoice by the Company where the Company has the legal obligation
to collect such taxes. Vendee shall pay such amount to the Company unless Vendee provides
Company with a valid tax exemption certificate authorized by the appropriate taxing
authority.
2) Security: - Amount of ₹ 50000 will be taken as security amount which will in turns of one
time Brand support.
3) Payment Terms: - Terms are 90% advance payment while processing the order and remaining
10% upon dispatch, except where satisfactory credit is established in which case terms are net
Seven (7) days from date of delivery. The Company reserves the right to revoke any credit
extended at the Company's sole discretion.
4) Marketing support: - The Company will provide down the line media support specially in
print media such as Canopy , Pamphlets, Flex banner, visiting Card along with accessories
support of Sealant filling Pump, Demonstration Kit, and 50 litres of Puncture Protective Gel
5) Shipment: - All shipments of Tyre Putty shall be made FOB Company's plant and liability for
loss or damage in transit, or thereafter, shall pass to Vendee upon Company's delivery of
Puncture Protective Gel to a common carrier for shipment. Shipping dates are approximate
and are based, to a great extent, on prompt receipt by Company of all necessary ordering
information from Vendee. Vendee shall bear all costs of transportation and insurance and will
promptly reimburse Company, if Company prepays or otherwise pays for such expenses.
Company shall not be in default by reason of any failure in its performance if such failure
 results from, whether directly or indirectly, fire, explosion, strike, freight embargo, Act of God
or of the public enemy, war, civil disturbance, act of any government, de jure or de facto, or
agency or official thereof, material or labour shortage, transportation contingencies, unusually
severe weather, default of any other manufacturer or a supplier or subcontractor, quarantine,
restriction, epidemic, or catastrophe, lack of timely instructions or essential information from
Vendee, or otherwise arisen out of causes beyond the control of the Company. Nor shall the
Company at any time be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages.
6) Puncture Protective gel Warranty: - Accomplishment warranty attached. THIS CONSTITUTES
THE SOLE WARRANTY MADE BY COMPANY EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THERE ARE NO
OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE FACE HEREOF,
HEREIN, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
7) Post warranty (Complain): - If even after following all conditions mentioned under
accomplishment warranty attached, if leakage does not stop then Vendee is liable to claim that
quantity of sealant which cannot exceed the quantity sold to the customer for the installation
of “PPG” in the tyre.
