PROJECTS

Project #1: Ticket Simply (15th May 2013 – 30th Dec 2014)
 Description: Online application, which is a transport management system, eases the bus
operators to manage their END to END business.It allows transport company to manage own
branch offices, agents, online portals to increase occupancy and also supports API Partner
bookings.It will manage inventory, agent commission and revenue tracking.It allows to book
ticket online from public portal as well as agent portal with capability of online payment.
 Role: Software Engineer / Junior Engineer
 Responsibilities: Initially, I have worked on internalization/localization for entire
project.Understood different layers of application, worked on changes and new requirements
on end user websites.Worked on forms and active scaffold parts and model/migration related
changes.Also Worked on payment gateway integrations.

Project #2: GDS/BIMA (2nd Jan 2015 - 20th May 2015)

 Description: BIMA(Bus Inventory Manager Aggregator) concept to get other Bus operator
services into their own portal and be able to book the services and get more commission. Its
integrated with Ticket Simply #Project 1
 Role: Software Engineer
 Responsibilities: Worked on performance related changes. Worked on API's to change the
complete formating regarding performance. Worked on major booking related stuff in this
complete project. Learned about JSON CSV formatting, XML and on REST, SOAP kind of
web services.

Project #3: TS-Pay/PayBitla(25th May 2015 – July 24th 2015)
 Description: An Application to get all the required payment gateways into a single
application and all the bus operator websites are redirected to this application and the whole
payment is tracked in this system. It has all the tracking so that Customer Support team can
easily support the passenger.
 Role: Software Engineer
 Responsibilities: Worked on different payment sources some of them are paytm,
payumoney, mobikwiki wallets, For this I have worked on API integrations with those third
party people, also worked on bus fixes.

Project #4: Rails5 Upgradation(30th July 2015 - 12th Jan 2016)

 Description: Rails version upgradation from rails3 to rails5 and also ruby version has
been changed from ruby1.9 to ruby2.4. Version upgradations for all the projects which are
using ruby on rails. Majorly concentrated on Rails ActiveRecord Queries, Strong
Paramater changes, Background Job Changes, Minor Test cases with SimpleCov Gem.
 Role: Software Engineer
 Responsibilities: Worked on new upgradation things for both ruby and rails. In this,
majorly worked on rails queries and SQL queries, also done on the changes for gems,
which researched and overridden. By this I get to know about sidekiq, sucker punch
related job mechanisms.

ApplicationRecord, ActionPack.

Project #5: Trackingo (18th Jan 2016 - August 30th 2017)

 Description: GPS featured application, which has been developed for tracking any
moving service. Trackingo is an operator wise application for tracking the location of the
bus from the latitude and longitude coordinates which are coming from the assets.

 Role: Senior Software Engineer
 Responsibilities: Worked on all administration things and also backend sync mechanisms
for getting GPS feed from third party vendors, which will be integrated in this tracking
application for loading google maps.Worked on basics javascript map related changes
also.

function for loading map from live data feeds.

Project #6: TS-Portals(12th June 2017 - 25th May 2018)

 Description: B to C(Business to Customers) portal to handle all private bus operators in
one place.
 Role: Senior Software Engineer(Also as a lead for 2 persons, where I used to handle with
practice sessions on Ruby on Rails trainings to fresher’s).

 Responsibilities: Worked on 3 party API integrations for booking related things.
Worked on Report related structures, Enhancements related to performance of heavy
 loading data. Majorly worked on Rails with JavaScript for easy loading with new
DataTable Integrations. Also participated actively on production issues by having live
access for few parts in this application. Had the configurations for 3rd party tools like
honey badger tools.

 Responsibilities: Worked on support and maintainance, Formstatic semantic forms and
its CSS related issues and 3rd party API integrations for media campaign creations.
Learned basics on MongoDB and React JS for this project purpose. As part of this
project, I have conducted sessions on Ruby on Rails technology for fresher’s.

marketing company, providing rich content through hundreds of outstanding affiliated
digital, mobile and print products.

 Responsibilities: Working on support and maintenance, basic experience on creating
orders and advertisements of certain print types. Working on Ruby and Rails versions up
gradations. As part of this application learning about creating the docker images, Vagrant
box setups, which was used as an alternative to Ubuntu/Linux virtual machines. Learning
about the LDAP services for users maintenance. Working on shoryuken, delayed jobs,
sidekiq background jobs processings.
