Terms & Conditions :

* Promotional Price stated is subjected to stock availability.
* Quotation is valid for ONE Month only unless otherwise stated.

* Standard Lead Time for non-stock items (upon receipt of payment) :

Consumables: 8-10 weeks, Equipments: 8-12 weeks, Chemicals: 8-12 weeks
* Estimate Delivery Date and Lead time quoted act as a guide only.
* Ex-stocks are prior to sales and subject to final confirmation.
* The Delivery Dates are subjected to changes without prior notice.

* For Export Order, a minimum purchase value of USD500 per PO is required (exclude handling surcharges eg DG packing fee,
freight etc). Otherwise an administrative fee of USD75 will be imposed

* There is no commission or installation service for Export Customers

* Purchase of Controlled Hazardous substances materials are subjected to relevant export LICENSE or PERMIT, the valid license/permit
must be produced upon ordering.

* All Purchase Order must be completed within the same year issue unless stated.
* Special Order/Indent items cannot be cancelled or returned after yourorder is placed.
* Kindly indicate quotation reference and VWR part number on your purchase order.
* If the product offered is discontinued, VWR reserves the right to substitute an equivalent or cancel the purchase order without any
penalty imposed.
