b. ‘A’ wrote a book consisted of selected passages from Plutarch’s “Life of Alexander

similar book was published by ‘B’ with notes. Can ‘A’ bring an action for

c. ‘A’ and ‘B’ manufactured biscuits. A’s design was registered. ‘B’ used an identical
design embossed on the biscuits with letter ‘AB’ instead of letters ‘AP’ which were
