ICT INTEGRATION PLAN

The teacher will discuss


the historical and cultural background, gregorian chant the
medieval period through power point presentation and
video clip
Group Activity:
The teacher wil ask the students to make a short chant
of historical and cultural back ground of the Medieval
Period.
The Medieval period is also known as the “Middle
Ages or Dark Ages” that started with the fal of the Roman
Empire. During this time, the Christian church influenced
Europe’s culture and political Affairs.
Student Assessment
The chant created by the students wil be graded
by using rubrics

Each teacher teaching in the SP-ICT classes should have at least 2 integration plans per month. Therefore, if there are eight
regular subjects (Filipino, English, Math, Science, AP, TLE/EPP-ICT, MAPEH, & EsP) and one SP-ICT subject, there shall be also
eighteen (18) integration plans (9x2) in a month to be compiled at the office for monitoring and evaluation.
