    Documents required are mentioned below:

    - Photograph - 3.5x4.5 cm, white background, 75% face coverage, recently clicked withing last 3
    months. (visa will be rejected if old photo is provided) - 2 each
    - Passport - Present valid PPT with more than 6 months validity from date of departure & one
    Previous PPT in original
    - Visa Form, attached along (pls print back to back on A4 size paper - on either side of the page)
    - Covering Letter - On Letterhead if owner of the company, others on normal A4 size paper. - Format
    attached along.
    - Bank statement (personal) - last 6 months detailed statement with bank seal & sign.
    - I T Returns (personal) - last 3 years
    - If the applicant is the owner / partner of a company, he has to submit the following documents
    about the company :
    1.Updated bank statements (last 3 months) and ITR-V acknowledgement (last 3 years)
    2.Certificate of registration :
    - for commercial company : certificate form B with Tax identification number (TIN)
    - for import-export company : certificate of importer-exporter code (IEC)
    3.Partnership Deed, if any
    - If the applicant is employed, kindly submit the following documents:
    1.Occupation Proof
    2.Salary slip - last 6 months with company seal & signature
    3.Leave Sanction mentioning travel dates
    - If the applicant is student, he has to submit the following documents:
    1.Bonafide letter from School/College
    2.Leave Sanction mentioning travel dates
    If visiting Family or Friend in New Zealand, pls provide below docx from New Zealand (scan
    copies):
    - Letter of Invitation - Pls enter the name & passport no. of the passengers as per the passport. -
    format attached along
    - Visa Status - Copy of Passport & Visa Status
    - Occupational Proof - (Company ID card/contract letter/Salary Slip etc..)
    - Address Proof - Any latest Utility Bill (electricity/gas bill etc) or rent/lease deed
    - Bank statement - last 6 months
    - Tax receipts
    NOTE:
    - New Zealand Visa processing takes around 20 working days.
    - Visa Fee - Approx Rs.11,500/- to Rs.12,000/- per person
    - Photo Size : 3.5 x 4.5 cm, white background, 75% face coverage, strictly taken in last 6 months.
    - Covering letter has to be printed on company letter head, if owner of a company.
    Others can print on normal A4 size paper.
