Slide 5 - Enhancements Overview

Slide notes
In this training we will show you the new features in Release 13 that will extend the coverage of country-specific functionality as well as legislative
compliance for the Greater Middle East.
Enhanced functionality delivered for the localizations covered in this session consists in validation made available through the worker validation reports. The
Worker Data Validation Report is used to get a list of employees with missing or invalid HR data for a given localization. In the next slides we will go through
the detailed coverage for each country.

Slide 6 - Bahrain Localization: Worker Data Validation Report

Slide notes
The Worker Data Validation Report has been enhanced for the Bahraini localization to check the existence of a record for the Social Insurance Number for
GCC citizenship, Passport details for non-Bahraini employees, and Iqama visa details for non-GCC citizenship.
The delivered output is a PDF or excel which lists the people with missing or invalid information at a specified date. The above screen shot is an extract
from a report showing two employees hired by a Bahraini legal employer. For the first employee, which has Bahraini citizenship, there is no record for the
Social Insurance Number. The second employee has American citizenship and is missing records for the passport number, issue and expiration date. In
addition, her Iqama visa details were left blank.

Slide notes
For Egypt, the Worker Data Validation Report checks the existence of data for each of the following attributes: Civil Identity Number and Religion (for
Egyptian employees), Passport and Foreign residence permit details for non-Egyptians.
The above screen shot is an extract from a report showing the missing information for two employees hired by an Egyptian legal employer. The first
employee has Egyptian citizenship and is missing records for the Civil Identity Number and Religion. The second employee has British citizenship and is

Slide 8 - Iraq Localization: Worker Data Validation Report

Slide notes
Let’s continue by showing the enhanced functionality for Iraq.
The Worker Data Validation Report has been extended for the Iraqi localization to check the existence of records depending on citizenship. Meaning, for
Iraqi employees a record for the national identifier Civil Identity Number is required, while for non-Iraqis the passport details are checked.
The example in the screen shot shows two employees hired by an Iraqi legal employer. The first one has Italian citizenship and is missing a record for the
passport expiration date. For the Iraqi employee there is no record against the Civil Identity Number.
To run this report navigate to the Data Exchange area and, under the Payroll tasks, submit a process or report. The Worker Data Validation Report will be
available once the legislative data group has been selected. An effective date to run the report must be also specified, which should not be prior to the hiring
date for the targeted workers in the report, as shown in these screen shots. Here, the hire date is August 1st, 2018 while the report effective date is set to
August 7th.

Slide 9 - Jordan Localization: Worker Data Validation Report

Slide notes
Similarly to Iraq, the Worker Data Validation Report has been extended for the Jordanian localization to check the existence of records for the national
identifier Civil Identity Number (for Jordanian employees), and for passport details for non-Jordanians.
The above screen shot is an extract from a report showing two employees hired by a Jordanian legal employer. The first employee has Spanish citizenship
so the enabled validation checks for the passport details. In this particular case the validation message is triggered by the fact that the passport expiration
date is set in the past (before the report effective date). For the second employee a Jordanian citizenship has been recorded and no input for the Civil
Identity Number has been added.
In this example you can also see other validation messages for both employees, flagging various missing attributes (address, date of birth and gender).
Note that these validations are available with a previous release.
