Centria Healthcare: Autism Services - Saint Joseph, MI
• Carried out responsibilities of an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) behavior technician with the
addition of collaborating with supervising clinicians to update intervention and treatment plans
for clients.
• Supported and mentored behavior technicians by conducting observations, assessments, and
creating material for staff trainings on the four functions of behavior.
• Communicated with client families, clinicians, and staff members through the following
channels: Google Drive (Sheets and Docs) and phone contact (calls and text messaging).
