Summary:
My love for digital media started with filming and editing skateboard videos of my high school friends. The
process of editing was always my favorite aspect as it allowed for the most artistic input such as the use of
angles, editing the clips, and choosing the right music. Shortly after I began editing video, I also developed a
more focused interest in sound and audio. I started producing hip hop beats using Ableton Live 9 and a MIDI
controller. I wanted to learn everything I could in order to improve the sound of my beats using mixing and
mastering techniques, like EQ and compression. Additionally, I enjoy filmmaking. Lately, I have been involved
in creating various films for my major classes and I am currently directing a full-length feature film called
Stevie and Nick. Digital media has always been a passion of mine and part of my identity. I hope to use my
developing skill set, passion and creativity to achieve many goals within the digital media field.
