1. Job range:

NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

National Sales Manager report directly to Country Manager. 1 VN hay 1NN ( indo) – Vùng

1.4. Decentralization:

National Sales Manager manages and receives the report directly from

- Area Sales Manager

- Deputy National Sales Manager ( = RSM)

- Sales Operation Manager

- Sales Capability Supervisor ( có Mgr kg)

2. Job details:

2.1. Objectives:

National Sales Manager is responsible in following matters:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the Company’s business


objectives of the company;

- Develop, guide and lead sales forces to ensure the sales performance is always at
a high level.

- Involved in the development and successor plans within key positions

- Assist the Senior Management Team within important matters such as: developing
strategies and improving working methods.

2.2. Scope:

National Sales Manager performs the following tasks in assigned area:

 Plans and strategy for developing business, distribution system, industry

 Financial policies and human-related business strategy and plan

 Reporting system related to business

 Report system related to the sectors of business, dispatchers, logistics,


warehousing

2.3. Job relationship:

National Sales Manager maintains relationships with following individuals, departments,


divisions to perform own roles and responsibilities:

 Sales forces

 Distributors system.

 Coordination and Logistics Division.

 Departments of business support in Company

 Agencies, departments, government organizations, service providers related to


business.

2.4. Job responsibilities:


2.4.1. Develop business strategies, assess current opportunities and identify future opportunities,
support the implementation of the overall goals of the company.
2.4.2. Develop business plans and strategic combination of the following factors:
 Deploy business activities in accordance with Company’s policy including the
achievement of profit targets, output, investment, number of customers.
 Develop accurately policies and parameters related to business development, the
important investment matters and brand development.
 Implement development Company’s Brand via key targets initiated by the
Marketing Department.
 Implement Customer-oriented programs building brand at every sale outlets and
enhancing customer loyalty.
 Creating competitive advantage in the market by build the specific plan for the
sales development and channel.

 Recruiting and selecting team member to ensure own team are always able to
meet the sales targets both now and future.

3. Job requirements:

3.1. Competencies:

3.2. Skills:

 Good at using office software such as MS Excel, Word, Power-point.


 Strong communication and interpersonal skill to communicate effectively
 With excellent sales and presentation skills.
 Team work: the ability to use effectively motivates, encourage, build mental
discipline, unity toward common goals and work efficiency.

3.3. Education / Knowledge / Experience:

 Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration, Marketing or related field


 Experience in the field of high-end commercial, human resources management,
especially FMCG industry.
 Deep understanding of business, commerce, communication skills, good
negotiation, the ability to influence and ability to develop relationships.
 Experience working in sensitive environments, in combining the knowledge to
handle the complexity of the job and the problems of people.

3.4. Age / Gender / Personality:

 Male or Female aged 30 and above.


 Requires integrity and honesty, highly self-confidence
 Positive thinking. Observant, analyze, organize and coordinate work efficiently.
