more your body will shift towards that vision as if that future already exists

always be

for just 4 days two genes that suppress cancer growth and the
formation tumors were activated and upregulated, the genes that
stimulate stem cell production were upregulated, and neurogenesis (the
growth of new brain cells) increased

Instead of toiling to fix a relationship, fix yourself
Both partners should bring their best selves to the table, get together, and that should
be enough
If the relationship isn’t working, you have to look at yourself and ask what is it about
you that needs to change
