The more you think about your future and imagine yourself living a better life, the
more your body will shift towards that vision as if that future already exists

Emotions are often a residue of the past

If you’re resentful or angry, you’re probably stuck thinking about the past instead of
focusing on the present and future

Instead of living by cause and effect, begin to live by causing an effect

The moment you start feeling whole and grateful is when your brain
starts to begin healing

You need to define a future vision of yourself – who you were is not who you will
always be
The more you think about your future and imagine yourself living a
better life, the more your body will shift towards that vision as if that
future already exist
By focusing on the vision of your future and the positive emotions
associated with it, your body will begin to change for the better

You want your state of being living in the future, not the past

Learn to regulate your emotions

When you slow your breathing, you slow your brain waves. By doing so,

of your emotions.

Like every skill, this takes time and practice to learn

Different Thoughts = Different Results


Different thoughts produce different chemicals in your body – those
chemicals then change your body language and your immune system

When you’re feeling resentful or angry, all your energy is going towards that threat
instead of towards the growth and repair of the body

By trading negative emotions for positive ones such as gratitude, hope, and
inspiration, your immune system strengthens

One study found that after trading negative emotions for positive ones
for just 4 days two genes that suppress cancer growth and the
formation tumors were activated and upregulated, the genes that
stimulate stem cell production were upregulated, and neurogenesis (the
growth of new brain cells) increased

Your environment can change your genes. By changing your emotions


you change your environment and thus also change your genes. This
transform you into a different person.

Dr. Joe Dispenza says that he had a woman with Parkinson’s disease who couldn’t
chew or swallow go through his program – she was able to do both at the completion

There was also another woman who was declared legally blind but had her vision
restored from attending Dr. Dispenza’s seminar
