May 10, 2019 DODIG Hotline Pentagon Washington, D.C. 20301 Re: Charles D Hiles Case with the VA, US Army, ABCMR, and DOD Dear Sir, I was directed to send your office a copy of the evidence and other concerning my meritorious volunteer US Army WWII serviceman’s case that sadly involves criminal acts that ‘were done to him needlessly after he served this nation with honor during WWII. Concealing and tampering with his official records is a criminal act outlawed by Federal law and State, US Army, and military law and it took place against my dad. The criminal acts were done to him by the VA and sadly the US Army in an effort to cover up one of the worst friendly fire incidents in the Pacific theater during WWII that killed over ¥4 of his 323 rd Company C and almost him. It is a major and serious case that if corrected and justice obtained for him by me and his family could help veterans across America and with what I have been through needlessly and unjustly in the Federal Courts help President Trump. Once you and your staff reviews the documented evidence it will allow you to see what PFC Hiles and his family have suffered and no veteran should ever have to endure this kind of thing again. All of the evidence, witnesses, and other, is not included in this file but there is more than ‘enough to support our complaints. I was directed by phone to contact your office and with what took place illegally in the Federal Courts it has given me specific options to get justice for my deceased dad and I told him on his death bed I would see to it he finally got justice. I have followed all the rules and laws during my effort to get justice for him and after having heart, surgery I am not going to allow this to continue without taking major additional action if necessary and trust your office will do what should have been done a long time ago and help us and our elected officials with this case. I would add that Colonels in the US Army Judge Advocate’s Office saw the evidence were shocked and told me to get PFC Hiles records corrected immediately and when I did the ABCMD was derelict sent me lies in writing and the fellow I dealt with at the time ended up leaving shortly after he lied to me in writing which was confirmed he had done so. It was a result of their misconduct that forced me to have to name the US Army, DOD, and the ABCMR in 1Federal Court where unbelievably they even violated Federal Court rules in mishandling dad’s case and it is all docu8mented with witnesses. Attorneys saw it and advised me to sue the Judges and Federal Courts I was that bad. ‘The Secretary of the US Army can issue an order to the ABCMR and his staff to settle this, case with me direct and has authority regardless of what took place in the Court or if necessary the President as Commander in Chief can issue such an order. I am working on both angles and ‘would appreciate your intervention and help to get justice in this case. Justice that the US Army said was the most unjust case they had seen in 20 years or more. ‘The VA was guilty of abusing my dad his entire life and they would have to come to the table and solve their part of dad’s case if the US Army and DOD do what should have been done along time ago. I trust you and your office value justice and the honor of a veteran such as PFC Charles Hiles will help and intervene for him and us..
