LEADING WORKPLACE COMMUNICATION
Workplace Communication is the process of exchanging information and
ideas both verbal and non-verbal within an organization. A workplace may
consist of employees from different parts of the society. These may have different
cultures and backgrounds and can be used to different norms.

Effective workplace communication is the ability to communicate to the


entire organization its Heart in an ongoing basis. No wonder so many
organization struggle so much to align their entire organizations.

This topic covers the knowledge, skills and attitude required to lead in the
dissemination and discussion of ideas, information and issues in the workplace.

To communicate information about workplace processes, appropriate


method is selected, multiple operations on several topics areas are
communicated and questions are used to gain extra information, sources of
information are identified, information is selected and organized, verbal and
written reporting is undertaken and communication skills are maintained in
situations.

To lead workplace discussions, response to workplace issues are sought,


constructive contributions are made on issues as production, quality and safety,
goals, objectives and action plan in the workplace.

A good communicator is really in need in every workplace. Communication


is the best remedy to avoid repetition of work in the workplace. Therefore every
workers in the workplace is necessary that they can easily communicate and
understand any communication either oral or written communication

Communication problems and issues are raised as they arise.


Communication plays important role in our life. I can’t imagine, if how paralyzed
I’m when I don’t know how to communicate other people. Peter Shepherd says
that “Communication is the solvent of all problems and is the foundation for
personal development”.
APPLYING MATH AND SCIENCE PRINCIPLES IN TECHNICAL
TRAINING

This covers the outcomes required to integrate math and science concepts
in the content and delivery of technical training programs and to motivate
trainees in learning and applying such concepts in the workplace.

Applying science and math principle to develop economical solution to


technical problems. Math has been around since the beginning of the time and it
probably began with counting.
