INTRODUCTION
The quality of education in Liceo de Masbate depends largely on the qualifications and
competencies of the faculty members.
The Faculty Development Plan seeks to upgrade the academic qualifications of the
faculty members and enhance their teaching competencies.
It is expected that through this program, improved faculty qualifications and teaching
strategies will contribute directly to better student learning which in turn would translate into
higher passing rate by globally competitive and greater productivity of graduates of Liceo de
Masbate.

2. Teacher Induction Program was conducted on May 30 – June 1, 2019 as part of the
INSET for new teachers of Liceo de Masbate.
3. Teachers are allowed to attend trainings and seminars in the regional and national levels
and required them to conduct an echo-training when they return to the school.
